THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT
A cozy and unique residence
Discover Serena and discover how the tranquility of the South Zone's most charming neighborhood can be translated into architectural lines. A unique and welcoming residential design, designed by creative professionals and designed by Mozak.
Inspired by mountain houses, we utilized natural materials such as stone, wood, and lush greenery. The entire facade was designed with plants as the focal point. We created different planters on each floor, and we'll have steel cables that allow these plants to grow throughout the building.

Facade and interiors
The architect at the helm of the firm, Natália Lemos, brings over 15 years of experience in the field. She offers a comprehensive and personalized service, participating in all stages of the project, from conceptual development to construction monitoring. The firm's young and creative team constantly strives to find new solutions to create unique and exclusive projects.
Landscaping project
Wabi-Sabi Ateliê is a creative studio that has been working since 2012 to combine artisanal production, contemporary design, visual arts, and nature. This combination aims to create Wabi-Sabi moments for everyday life through products, spaces, and experiences.
Project author
Flavio graduated in 1999 with a degree in architecture and urban planning from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He worked at renowned architecture firms, developing several important projects in Rio de Janeiro. At the age of 25, he decided it was time to strike out on his own, opening Flavio Bassan Arquitetura, and has since developed over 300 projects under his own name.
