THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT
Beauty is in the details, in the discovery, in the mixture, in the interaction with nature.
With this in mind, we developed a project in which the volume emphasizes each individual unit and blends natural materials with dark-toned metal. This set of facades, combined with the use of materials, creates the feel of a modern village.
Brick is the main element, used sculpturally and enhanced by lighting. On the balconies, we created
side panels with bricks structured in a metal mesh providing privacy and charm.

Facade and interiors
Combining their complementary experiences and skills, Carolina Escada and Patricia Landau founded Escala Arquitetura in 2007. The duo's primary focus is architectural, interior design, and renovation projects for homes, but their work also extends to commercial projects, developments, stores, schools, offices, and restaurants.
Landscaping project
Arteiro, founded in 1976 by Sonia Infante, began in Itaipava, where the owner grew ornamental plants, and has become synonymous with decoration and landscaping. The company, headquartered in Itaipava, is dedicated to creating pleasant, easy-to-maintain environments for its clients.
