All of this is reflected in an elegant design that enhances one of Rio's most iconic areas. The development combines beauty, safety, and well-being with a new construction and the use of the most modern technologies.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail by Ouriço Arquitetura, the façade and interior design of Azuis is a tribute to the Lagoon. Its elegant forms connect with the landscape, enhancing its natural beauty.

Facade and interiors
Ouriço was founded in the early 90s by Rio de Janeiro native Beto Figueiredo in Cascais, Portugal. Today, with a team of architects, designers, and decorators, the firm develops residential, commercial, and corporate projects. Ouriço's work is defined by its ability to understand and respect its clients' personalities while still managing to surprise them.
Project author
Flavio graduated in 1999 with a degree in architecture and urban planning from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He worked at renowned architecture firms, developing several important projects in Rio de Janeiro. At the age of 25, he decided it was time to strike out on his own, opening Flavio Bassan Arquitetura, and has since developed over 300 projects under his own name.
